Post a reply to this thread by dinner on Monday evening and get 50 Techie-Bucks.
To get the dough your reply must included a link that is some how connected to Problem/Project Based Learning
I reserve the right to add bonus bucks for extremely witty and/or entertaining comments ;-)

Congratulations to Sharon Darling for earning a total of 100 Techie Bucks for posting to the same thread on the Tech Trek ning site: http://techtrek.ning.com/ , Sharon got 25 bonus bucks for bing first and another 25 for finding such a great site http://www.edutopia.org/project-learning-introduction . I could not have picked a better site myself. So, everybody dive in the pool. there are plenty more sites on problem /project based learning, and an under ground economy full of Techie Bucks. You can reply or start new discussion threads either here or at http://techtrek.ning.com . 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I have found one of the Beach's suggested online professional development activities, Congress in the Classroom, to be a site with potential for many online project ideas for students to explore the role of Congress:

http://www.dirksencenter.org/print_programs_CongressClassroom.htm

Although I have only completed a few of the segments there are many practical ideas leading to in-depth web-based exploration.

Well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I have been going strong since I got back to the hotel. www.QuestGarden.com is a great site for formatting WebQuests which are defintely PBL's. I am using it for a WQ that I am presently composing. Do you find this valuable?

I thought I replied about a mythweb site I'd found, but I don't see the thread here. Did I reply somewhere else? I didn't know I knew another site than the wetpaint. I have a really cool song for your 3 little pigs PhotoStory! Do you find this valuable?
